Crema Nocciola is a quality cream filling especially made for artisan bakers and pastry chefs.
This nut crema is composed with 12% freshly roasted hazelnuts, shelled only minutes before roasting to unleash their pure, natural taste. It’s paired with a dash of intense Callebaut cocoa and has a more fruity, fresh and lightly roasted hazelnut taste. Simply pipe it directly into your croissants, buns or bomboloni after baking or mix it with your homemade pastry fillings for flavouring. Oh, and it’s gluten-free with no colourants, artificial flavourings or soy!
How to Use:
Store the product in a clean, dry and odourless environment (15-20 °C). Always use a clean and dry spoon/spatula. We do not recommend reheating the product. Do not store it in a fridge or freezer. In case of partial separation of oils in storage, mix the product thoroughly to recover the original texture.
Gluten free, suitable for vegetarians, Halal.
